suspension probs !

hi i have a 1990 kdx 200 which is suffering from soft suspension i know the rear shock will prob need a rebuild and gas but is there anything i can do with the front forks it already has progressive springs . im a big lad 6'3 and 17 stone . :ride:

Stiffer springs and Race Tech cartridge fork emulators will do wonders for your old school forks.

Get the forks and shock rebuilt, plus the correct rate, straight rate (not progressive) springs for your weight.
