I havea 1989 kawasaki kx 80. When i took apart the forks to put new seals an stiffer spring in it i noticed that one side had a spring all the way at the top of it, and the other didnt! It was all the way down in the bottom of the fork. What has happened? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

try pulling up the fork tube in the slider on the one with the spring at the top.
