Suzuki RM 125 2002 Oil mix

Hey quite new to this so go easy on me,

I am trying to find out the correct mixture for this Make/Model/Year of bike, is 30:1 ok? if so can anyone recommend the oil that should be mixed?

yes 30:1 is fine. Any good synthetic pre mix should be fine.

30:1 is good, if you got a lot of oil spilling out of the pipe, use 36:1

I have 2002 RM 125 bills pipe and silencer.

32:1 Mobil 1 Racing 2T. You can get it at Auto Zone for $7.00/quart.

I'm using 100LL Av Gas and I had to move the needle jet clip up 2 clicks.

Runs very smooth.

I have been using Castrol TTS for about 4 years now and like it. Once the bike is warmed up there is practically no exhaust smoke. As far as oil spilling out of the pipe half an ounce one way or another won't make too much of a difference. Rich jetting is mostly the cause of that phenomena.

Is 50:1 bad?

No personal experience with 50:1, but from what I read it is probably not enough lubrication for a 125 or even a 250. My brother ran it for awhile in his KX 250, but switched back. We just find it easier to dump 16 oz ina 4 gallons of gas anyway - i.e. 32:1.

not nessesary, i run 50:1 and as long as you have your jetting set up correctly its just fine.

I got a 94 rm and the manuel says 32:1 and its worked fine for me so far
