Hey guys!
So we went to an engine shop who told my buddy only to get a ring for his top end. We did so, got a brand new airbox off ebay. We started the bike, but it won't idle and when we tool around on it it
1.) Pops, sneezes ect
2.) won't attempt to go beyond midrange IE no revving up.
SO! I need to dive into the carb.
Do I need to check the throttle side and the big ol' needle that goes through it, or is that set and can't be changed?
I've done lots of carbs but none like this. The float tang and the needle thingey that presses onto the tang is at an angle instead of verticle, how do I tell if it's set correctly?
Any general tips?
Thanks!
