I'm past the point of no return. Last weekend I took the wife shopping for furniture. Saturday we purchase a new kitchen and chair set. Sunday the wife goes to do some shopping and comes back 30 minutes later wanting to drag me to another furniture store to look at a couch and love seat she likes. I go with here, mind you this interrupted chili cooking and pre-Superbowl shows. But its all in the master plan I tell myself. 45 minutes later we have purchased the couch and love seat. Monday night we head to Wally World to look at paint, and to purchase painting supplies in anticipation of paint the entire inside of our house. Tonight we purchase said paint, and start in on the grand task of painting. What the hell have I got myself into now! Only one wall is done, way to many to go! Looks like there is no turning back now. Like I said, this was all my master plan to help convince the wife that I just gotta buy that Honda cuss it would go better with my red riding gear! Man, I think the paint fumes are already getting to me!

Sawblade, you should'a called. Ihave all the pro paint stuff. With a small amount of help, I can do an entire house (walls and ceilings) in a weekend. Good luck, hope you don't end up with too many "turkey trails".

"Turkey trials" are roller lines from the edges of the rollers if you get too much paint inside the roller ends. Sorry I used a technical term there.

If you had aligned your curriculum per your NCA and QPA goals and in the terms of your IEP you would've done fine on the assessment of the paint job.

LOL! Lets hope the wifes assessment equals a Honda setting in the garage in a few weeks!

Bswift, Keep those "technical" terms coming! It maybe the only thing that keeps my sanity until this little honey dew list is done!

Sounds like a good plan. I went through all that last winter along with all new kitchen cabinets, new SS appliances, tiled the foyer, etc. I got the new 400EXC in the garage first, though. :)

Actually, my master plan is to make real sure of what I want first. Then I mention it to my wife and she will not leave it alone until I have it. She's a great supporter of my riding.

Dude, how long have you been married? The list doesn't end, man. There is no "done". Come on, when it comes to mind games & tricks, they're always a step ahead of you. She KNOWS! Stop the madness now before it's too late!

To prevent "Painter's elbow" (paint running down your arm to your elbow), rake your brush on the can to get as much paint out of the brush as possible, then dip the brush into the paint about 3/8" to 1/2". You should only have about 2 inches of paint in the bucket when using a brush.

Thanks Bswift! The touch up begins tonight on the first wall that was my victim last night.
