Hi everyone,
I found this forum last week and have been enjoying it ever since!! Just joined today, and thought I would introduce myself. My name is Todd, I live in Idaho. I have been out of the riding scene for a long time but I am going to buy a bike this spring. (I got the kids an XR80 last fall and got myself hooked again...LOL) Anyway, there seems to be many knowledgable riders on here and I hope you will help me with the many questions I have. Can't wait for Spring!! Thanks for the great site!

Welcome!
Been there - done that too! Took a 17 year hiatus, now I'm back with a vengence! UPS trucks stopping by my house daily and I can hardly wait for my next ride. Sometimes I just go out in the garage and look at my bike....

Lostrider - We have been looking everywhere for you.;)

Welcome to the gang Todd, now go out and get yourself a bike. Spring is a long wait and I think bikes are cheaper in your part of the country at this time of year.

Welcome Todd, another Idahoan, we ought to get all the people from Idaho together for a ride sometime this spring. thumbs, your right about bikes being cheap around here this time of year. I guess everyone is selling them to buy snowmobiles. I got my 97 KX for $1700

Welcome Todd. Did the same thing. Bought the kids bikes, and had to get one for myself! It's a good way to spend time with the family.

Welcome to the fold Lostrider, you have only an inkling of how happily addicted you are to become! You have 3 weeks to get a bike and then post a request in the Ladies Forum, showing true respect for the dainty flowers who reside within it, asking if it might be OK to join the rest of the lunatics in Reno over the weekend of 2/16 and 2/17 for the Ladies Valentine Day's Ride.
