The first 5 steps are moot. Any number from 1 to 10 x 9 gives a resulting number whose digits added together = 9. And thus subtracting 5 will give you a "4" as the result Matter o' fact, try that with any number. If it doesn't equal 9, it equals "18", and 1+8=9. Scary! ;)
I only tried this with numbers up to 1000. No, not every one, just random 2-3 digit numbers x9.
But hey, after step 5, it's a crap shoot, lol! (not really, I mean, how many countries begin with "D"?)
