Thor Scattershield? Good/Bad?
Nick. I don't think any of the chest protectors come with the elbow guards attached. What I did with mine is to attach my elbow guards to the chest protector with nylon ties. I just drilled a small hole in the top of my Fox elbow guards and took a couple nylon ties and attached them to the shoulder guards on my chest protector. That way when you hit the ground, it doesn't drag your elbow guards off of your elbows. I found that every time I crashed on my elbow guards they would rotate away from my elbows or slip down leaving my elbows exposed. If I tightened the straps tight enough so that they did not slip, it cut the circulation off to my hands and caused arm pump. By attaching the guards to your chest protector, you can leave the straps loose and still not have the elbow guards slip down. Just my $ .02 Hope this helps. :thumb:
