I heard that he regained conciousness half way to the hospital, but then started having seizures, so the medics put him in a coma to control it.

But that's all I've heard.

I hate hearing about people getting hurt.

He was unconcious when the Lifeflight people loaded him into the heli.
Saturday night at the awards ceremony we were told that everything looked okay (as okay as a cerebral contusion could be) but he was being kept in a drug enduced coma.
The Dr's briefly brought Tim out of the coma to check his nervous system, but he was fairly combative (as are most people suffering from a severe concussion) so they put him back under.
Sometime on saturday night/sunday morning they had to drill a hole in his skull to relieve presure due to swelling of the brain.
The last I heard he was resting well, but that was on Wed.

They're hasn't been a whole lot of info available on Tim's condition. DC mentioned it in this weeks racerhead at Racer X, thats about the most current info I've seen. Tim is in my prayers
