I just rebuilt my motor , had the carb rebuilt and rebuilt the stator........so I have compression, spark and fuel but it wont start, is there someway my timing could be off? And how is this adjusted?

To adjust the timing, loosen the screws that hold the stator down and rotate the stator slightly.  Look closely for some marks to show you where the stock timinig is.

It is also possible that your woodruff key securing the flywheel to the crank has sheared, allowing the flywheel to shift position.  This will also screw up your timing.

The woodruff key is good, do you know which way to turn it (clockwise or counter to advance it?)
