Tips for new racer

ive been riding for 2 years and this spring i am going to start racing anybody got any tips to help me out ie. what to do during practice bike mods anything ect

I went and watched a couple of races first. Then went to the track on practice day to learn the track layout. Find out if the track requires any memberhips to ride/race..ex: AMA or their membership. Practice some starts before hand and take it easy your first race, oh and Have fun.
