Tire experts. Help!

Looking for a special tire. Need a 3:00 or 3:25 X 19" H or V rated tire. Having trouble finding a tire narrow enough to fit the forks on our Bonneville project bike. Has to be 3 1/4" or narrower. Any ideas?

Here are a couple links to a 3.25 tire also Metzeler makes a 90/90-19 but that maybe a little wide.

Avon still makes the 2.75/3.00x19 Speedmaster
