14psi front and rear on medium to hard track, 12 on softer track (eg. sand/mud).

I might go a bit higher on trails with the chance of rocks etc.

It depends on the MX track. My local club track is quite hard and often has the odd large rock and sharp-edged pot-hole so I run 14psi to avoid pinching the tube. If you race on a nice well maintained loamy or sandy track then 12psi would probably be better.

Left mine at 30psi once. Never noticed any difference until it was very slick and muddy out. But THEN I am very new at this.
