I'm Riding an 1993 KTM 300 e/xc I'm using a 120/100 18" on the back, could I use a 120/90 18" on it or should I stick with the orginal size ( the 120/90 is for the S12)

Thank you All

It will fit. The first two numbers refer to the tread width (in millimeters) and sidewall height of the tire. The "18" obviously denotes the rim size.

For the S12, definitely go with the 130/90 or 140/90 on your 300. In the Michelin tires, the 120 is for 125s, the 130 for 250s and 140 for open. Your 300 will just rip the nobs off a 120. The 140 has very beefy nobs that don't wear the front edge as much as the 130. This has been attributed (by someone else) to the nobs not flexing on tht 140 compared to the 130 or 120.

Hope this helps
