I know they make titanium valve springs for fomula one, why dont they make titanium suspension springs? Suspension springs are a major weight factor in the forks and rear shock, and to reduce it would be an investiment in a bikes overall weight (and cost). Why don't I see it for sale?

springs

If you are looking for ti springs :White Bros. has them for most bikes but
as far as I know none are available for KTMs.
Prices start at about $525.00 for a shock spring and go up .
They are very lightweight compared to a stock spring as a matter of fact
holding one in your hand for the first time is pretty "shocking ". ;)

Especially after you write the check, and to put it on a bike that you may only keep one season. Yikes! But, they are the bomb when knocking off weight.
