If it's too hot to ride, I might be up for a steak. But if it's 90 or cooler, I'll probably ride. I'd rather do it on a weeknight, when I can't ride, so the day is already shot.

I am not sure how late the steakhouse is open in the evenings. Since Dave has not jumped back in and said lets eat, I guess that we will try again later. A weeknight would work for me if we want to pick something a bit more centrally located.

The Burleson location is the better one...it has a few additional menu items, including desert and awesome green beans, plus it's bigger, no/minimal wait, and ample parking.....It's one of my Corvette club's favorite places.....
