Now here's a list with a bit of Texas MX history.... Lake Whitney hosted some Trans Am races is the 70's. Had all of the big boys from both sides of the pond. That &*^%ed hill will set you on the path to livin' right teh first time you take it at speed! Glen Helen has a bump compared to this baby. Swan is often refered to as the best track in the country that doesn't host a National. It is one of the favorites for testing by all of the factories, frequently featured in major pubs, and also where K'dub cut his MX teeth. An awsome track, well maintained and well organized. Beware the trees if you stray too far off of the track!!!!!! Oak Hill!!!!!!!!! The track I first rode on. Not sure it was racin', but I could crash with the best of them back in the 70s. Woo Hoo. I love this place. Mosier Valley, maybe the most cenrally located MX track in a major metropolitan area. Anther track that's been around since the creation of dirt and the wheel. Unfortunately, never been down to Rio Bravo. I hear it's worth the trip though. My dream tour..... 1. Unadilla 2. Glen Helen 3. Budds Creek 4. Washougal 5. The 1973 ISDT lay out at Dalton/Berkshire, Mass.......
