Hi everyone,
I recently completely rebuilt an 86' Suzuki LT250R quadracer. I know it's not a dirtbike but the engine is just like an RM250. The carburator has been rebuilt with the standard main jet, the needle jet is in the 3rd clip, and the air screw is out 1.5 turns. The problem I'm having is that once you give it about 3/4 throttle you completely loose power and the engine starts to die on you. The plug has a light brown color but when I turn the air screw in the engine will flood on me and I need to let it sit for a while before it will start again. Any suggestions as to what I need to adjust would be appreciated. Thank you

I forgot to mention that the top end was bored to the maximum it can be. I would assume that this will have something to do with this issue.
