I am rebuilding the top end on a 1996 yz 80. the cylinder looks great and they said it only needed a hone. A friend said to use a yamaha piston which I have no problem with except they have stock size, a through d. He said use the d size does that sound right?

Thanks in advance :thumb:

Then unless you're cylinder is worn, I would put a A piston back in it. If it is slightly worn go to a slightly bigger Pro-X cylinder... search for pistons and you will find some good answers.
