Listen to me, It is impossible to parade lap with 3 other people riding in the woods with you. I am thankful I didnt aggravate my knee, considering I had a couple of washout spills on the same knee. I do have 2 CTi2 knee braces. But I pulled off later in the day when I started to fatique and make mental mistakes. It has been about 2 months since I have ridden and it starts to jones ya......
I know what it is like, keep doing the therepy, and no matter how great it feels, it is very easy to aggravate the knee and it will swell up on you again and set you back. good luck!!!
