pretty simple question i don't have the shop manual for my kx 65 and i just bought a new piston with all new gaskets so to make it right i'm looking for the right torque to tighten the top end(cylinder cover) and i'd like to know if i should put any sealing stuff on my new gaskets thanks for answers

I personally use permatex copper spay on all base gaskets. does a good job sealing. most people use yamabond, hondabond, kawasaki bond #4. this is also threebond #1104 as threebond makes it for all the mfg's. copper spray is much cleaner of an install and works great IMO.
Off the top of my head the torqe spec is somewhere near 9.8ft/lbs not sure the metric equiv though.
