transfer port timing

I think Eric Gorr used to have his recommendations for exhaust and transfer port timing (in degrees ATDC) on his website but I can't find it now. He listed good generic port timing depending on whether the engine is pipey or a with a mid-range powerband. If anyone knows this info or where to see it on the 'net then please let me know. thanks
