Ttr-125 Hard To Start

Does anybody have trouble starting their TTR-125 when their cold :ugg:

The pilot circuit comes set very lean from the factory. Assuming you don't have any other problems with the bike, richening the pilot circuit with the fuel screw (located at the base of the carb towards the front) is a good starting point.

Go buy a 17.5 pilot jet and a 110 main.

It is what you need.

You probably won't have much luck with your dealer trying to find a 17.5 pilot. When I tried, the fiche only showed the stock size jets. I ordered a 17.5 and a 20 from Sudco:

If you have done any mods to your bike like opening up the airbox or adding an aftermarket pipe, you will probably want the 20 pilot.
