USD Forks manual?

Is there any manual with the USD forks in detailing oil levels etc and strip and rebuild?

There was a supplement to the 89-94 manual which covered the KYB usd forks. There are also loads of videos of rebuilds for KYB USD's. Even watching a teardown and rebuild of later model KYB's will show you just about everything you need to know. It's really quite easy to change the oil, replace bushings and seals.

Oil level is up to you. Not sure what the recommended is, but most people will run 90-110mm.
