I just bought a set of VForce (2) reeds and installed them the on my 2006 CR85 the other day. I hadnt had to change but one plug since I bought the bike a year ago, but since I changed the reeds I have had to put in three new plugs in as many track days.
I am sure it's a jetting problem but I dont know which way to go so I thought I would ask you guy's if you have had a similar experience.
I had installed an FMF fatty pipe soon after I got it and nothing else has been modified.
what happens now is with a new plug it starts and runs great. after a tank or so of gas at 32:1 using redline premix at high speed if I crack the throttle and get back on it, sometimes it bogs down and then takes off. also in slow speed corners at 1/4 to 1/2 throttle it bogs and sometimes picks up right in the middle of the turns. on dirt this wouldnt be as much of a problem as it is for me because I have this bike setup to run MINI SUPERMOTO on Kart tracks with slicks or rain tires.
any help would be appreciated. jetting reccomendations etc....
