Have you pulled the head and checked for play with the rod? The bearings could be shot.

Did you check the engine mounting bolts and verify they are torqued?

ok I think some bearing are going bad i took the right side crank case off one of the gears that i can turn makes some grinding noise and feels "off" but to get to the bearing I will need a flywheel puller checked the motor mounts they are good have not took apart the top end to see if there was any play with the rods, before I took it apart when I took out nice and fast and 'tried' to shift it would pop me back out of the gear... dunno if a gear is stripin?
