Video CD of DW02?

I remember there was talk about putting together a CD of all of the video and pictures from the last DW.  Was this ever done?  Where can I get a copy?

Good intentions, but the studio-friend let me down and we could not get it done within the required timeframe. Sorry about having raised hopes....
We got 3 years of DW footage..... someday maybe ...
But the pictures are in the DW photo album !
