Water Temp Guage?

I'd like to install a water temp guage on my XR650r. Has anyone stumbled across anything that can be installed on a dirt bike? I already have an XR's Only oil temp dipstick but I'd like to keep an eye on coolant temp also for woods riding.

I know there are those temp stickers you stick straight to the cylinder head I have never used one but I have seen them.
