We are having a ride on Saturday here in Wisconsin at Sugar Maple MX to benefit a young man that passed away last Saturday. Chris Ruhnke suffered major head injuries in a crash while racing May 2, 2010 at a track in Wisconsin. To make the tragedy even worse he passed on the day before his 21st birthday. Please keep Chris, his family and friends in your thoughts and prayers

The track is in Central Wisconsin and the ride fees for the day will be added to a memorial fund started last week.

I sure hate to hear such tragedies in our beloved sport, such is the possibilities and life. I know only to well how things happen, once on the track and the gate drops. The best argument I have ran across was better racer intuition/education? I still do not know what that means in a motor racing sport? My thoughts will be with you people this weekend. My condolences to his family and friends, Vintage Bob
