30 Day Update
I went to the Doctor today for my 30 day checkup. Both fractures are healing and look good. Doc told me I can ditch the cain and cleared me to start back on an exercise bike with light weights for the next 30 days and then I can “resume normal activities”. He did caution me that it may take a few months for the pain to dissipate and to gain back the strength in my hip and upper leg. The Doctor also told me I don’t have to go back and see again, which sounds good to me.
