Right now I am 14 years old (soon 15), about 5' tall, and about 105 pounds. I have a klx110 and I am pretty comfortable with it right now but I will probably want a bigger bike next summer. I'm not sure if I should get the clutch kit for my bike (around 350 with all parts needed) or wait till next summer to get either an xr100 or a drz/klx 125. Also, why is it that the honda 100 is 99cc and my klx is 111cc but mine is a smaller bike??? I'm assuming the Honda is faster because it's a bigger bike???

I would wait until next summer to see how big you get and decide then, and just have fun with what you have now. Honda's bike is bigger becuase it is a step up from the XR50/70/80, while kawasaki is just a step up from the KDX50. Thats my reasoning and it seems to make more sense then just "beacuse it is". Maybe someone on this site may know the real answer. Lol. I tried.

I wouldn't spend 350 on a clutch kit. I would put that money towards another bike. Were you looking to stay with a four stroke trail/offroad bike or were you looking for a two stroke mx type with more pep and suspension?

The XR100R has a clutch and 5 speed tranny, along with bigger wheels, suspension, etc. It just has a slightly smaller displacement, but the 5 speed tranny and clutch let it rip! You're ready to move up to either an XR100R, CRF150F, TTR125L, DRZ125L or KLX125L.
