What does this number mean?

Does anyone know what this number on the head refers to?

I have a '89 KDX200 SR, but could the head be from a States side E model?

from what I can discern, it looks like it refers to the 5th letter in the alphabet, a hyphen, and the second number in the Arabic numeral system.

But I'm not a KDX guy

I think it means "and you", as in "E-2 Brute". :) . Or it could be from an E-2 model KDX. I'm a KDX guy, but you will have to find a KDX Guru for a proper response.
