I Have A 00 Yz 125 And A 01 Kdx 220. I Pulled The Carb Off My Kdx To Look At The Reeds And There Doesn't Seem Much To Them. Looks Like Some Kind Of Screen Or Something. What Do They Do?? And How Do They Affect Speed Or Rpm Or Powerband??

The regulate the fule during the lower rpm range. They should remain closed or almost and not hang open on their own, actual specs are available to give this gap. When they hang open, they are shot and will not give optimum bottom end performance.
