It's worth what somebody is willing to pay for it.
For example, I have a Old 192 mercury The paint shines, it drives well, no oil leaks... KBB says it's worth $3500-$4000, I advertised it for $2000 and didn't even get someone trying to talk me down. On the opposite side, I have a 1988 Vw fox with only 80k miles on it, KBB puts it at about $1k But I have had cash offers of $2k. So take the KBB values with a grain of salt, KBB does not buy cars, people do, and what ever you have to sell, weather it be a car, bike, crack or whatever, is only worth what someone will pay for it.
So I guess if I can get it for $1500-1600 I should snap it up right now? The only thing I am thinking is maybe I sould wait and find a four stroke. Have not had a bike since I was a kid and am not too sure what to get.
