I was pleasently surprised when I removed the right side cover of the actuator shaft, that the nut had come loose and that the little thing that looks like the end of a rake was just not activating the gear. I tighten it up, put it back together and all is well. This is the first time I can remember a project that I expected to take a weekend only took an hour. It is usually the other way around.
