One of the problems is the oil injector could fail and blow the top end. I think for a fun project bike $200-$250 to buy and then expect a couple hundred for the top end (doing it yourself) and a few hundred for the broken parts you will find. I am not sure if the oil injector only injects to the top end. Some in the past for other manufacturers would also lubricate the crank but I can't remember if that is the case with that engine.
