It has commonly been found, that the wet, liquid kind, as specified by your owners manual, or an equivalent works quite well. You might try reading that owners manual, it's quite a piece of literature. You might even learn a few things about your bike by reading it.
If you re-read your original post they question was answered. Maybe just not the way you anticipated (i.e. spelled out unless of course you clicked the answer). The moral of the story is to put in a little effort some times and you can get rewards. :)
