Just thought out of fun I'd make a thread to see what type of mods and aftermarket parts everyone has on their bike(s)?

since my bike comes stock with pro tapers, did rims and chain, excel hubs, and FMF pipe and silencer. the only mod i really have is some moose barkbusters

Besides the mandatory Power Up parts kit, all I've got on my bike is a set of Renthals, and SRC handguards.

I'd tell you but it'd make you feel bad since the GasGas comes with so many "mods" stock.;)

Mine's still new but so far;
Renthal CR hi bars
PC pipe and shorty silencer
PC racing airbox mod. kit (thanx Honda)
milled head (being done tonight -full report when done)
Engine ice (cause I fell for it and it looks cool in the jug)
remember what separates us form the animals is our ability ro accessorize
BTW Okie, where'd ya get the bithchin' cup holders, as long as it takes me to finish a moto, i could use a refreshment break.;)

All the mods in the world aren't going to make you feel good when a better rider blows by you on a stock bike.:eek:

If he's a better rider why would it make you feel bad? (Unless your shallow and can't be happy with who you are and what you have).

Mods should be done for your own enjoyment or for your own style, skill and terrain to fit your current bike better. Not everyone races or has to beat everyone they go and ride with.

You rode White Rock with stiffer springs, huh? I am all the more impressed with your skills. Straight MXers sometimes struggle there, and you rode like it was no problem. MX547 is right, he doesn't need engine mods, plenty fast as is-good rider, good guy and nice bike.

My CR is the woods version of MX547's bike

Some cool mods, but more important, I love that bike! Here they are, but basically stock:

CZR suspension, Regina chain/Sprocket Specialist Tx sprockets, Team Honda graphics, FMF Fatty pipe, Clarke tank, Acerbis plastic, Boyeseen reeds and ignition cover, Work's connection radiator braces and caliper guard, Scott's stabilizer w/ top triple clamp and Magura bars/FMF grips, and Michelin tires.
The Gorr cyclinder work is coming as well as that cool arse Service Honda disc guard-that thing oozes coolness.

It should be noted that I am just as slow on this set-up as on stock, but much more comfy in the woods.

You must be one of them youngins ;)

Actually I have passed many in my younger days with a lot less bike than I have now. Now I just enjoy the ride and spend most of my riding days with my family.

Your probably one of those riders that think a faster bike makes you better.

You'll learn one day son, just don't let your arrogance lose a race for ya.

I did the same thing whenI bought a Kawi. Only way to buy a good on is to buy one already loaded:p

MX is being humble, the guy can just flat out ride. Woods or MX.:confused:
