What ratio of oil to use?

I was reading the owners manual for my bike ( 2004 Honda CR250R) and it says I should mix the gas of my bike with the oil of the ratio 20:1 but one of my dad's buddy's said that I should mix it 32:1
I was just wondering whats your best opinion of the ratio to mix it with.

32:1 is a pretty common ratio, but this is in ounces. I figured Canucks used the metric system, that is why I said ounces...:)

32:1 is the most ideal ratio...That's 4 oz of oil per gallon of gasoline....Mobil MX2T is a great fully synthetic oil, can be found at your local autozone, and costs much less than the Honda stuff...

I run Mobil MX2T at 40:1

Be careful, it can depend on the type of oil you are running.
