Rm 250 Mix Ratio

I was wondering what ratio's you guys are mixing your oil and gas for your RM 250's. My buddy told me 31:1 is that anygood? also what plug should i be using a BR9es?

40:1 for my 03. I use a BR9EG.

but if you are going to go that ratio (40:1) you must make sure you you a good quality 2-stroke oil like Motorex 2t racing 2-stroke oil

i use bel ray h1r oil and is that good enough?

ive heard around that cr's should be mixed in the 30's not 40's. Just thaught i would pass that on.

32:1 can't go wrong with that. And i strongly recommend using Klots high quality and smells great.

Yeah, don't go less than 40:1... (41:1+)... keep it in the 30's and you'll be fine. Won't hurt to go a little extra. Anything more than 25:1 will end up smoking and clogging your pipe up really quickly... probably foul a few plugs in the process too.

I've used AmsOil HP injection 2-stroke oil and I've never had a problem. Really nicely produced oil. Plus, it's cheaper than Motul or Yamalube...
