What year is this bike?

Ok this bike was given to me, no info came with it. I know its a KX80 but im wondering if any of yall guys can give me an awnser on what year it is. Thanks for your time.


BTW thats my KDX 220 behind it

The year should be on the bike, maybe somewhere on the frame. If the serial number is still on it you might be able to look it up on the Kawasaki website. I know on my 91 KDX 200 and my 98 KDX 200 the year is on a sticker on the steering stem frame. Check and see, and make sure the serial number and year havent been filed off.

I just bought an '04 KDX220 and asked how do I know it's not an '03 leftover. He said check the 9th digit on the ID number on the steering column or frame. My was a 4, so I believe him. Check it out.

Ok thanks I found the serial number and typed it in on Kawasaki.com and it showed it as being a 1982. Thanks yall.
