Finally cleared this nice tall table top today I've been trying to get, only problem was I wasn't on the bike!!! Kinda shot it straight up and I landed on the other side from about 10 ft. up on my 1.Butt then 2. Lower back, 3. back of my head! Couldn't hardly breathe and as I was trying to roll over a Yamaha ran over my head!!! Da#n that hurt, not the head;) the rest of me. My butt is still numb and I can't hardly bend over mostly because of the pain in my side. It's on the right side just above my hip bone and the pain goes from front to back , is this the kidney? How long for this to heal? My hip is stiff too but I think I'll get over that. Made for a long ride home but entertained the people at the track i guess? I gotta go order some parts.........:( and a helmet......

sorry to hear of your misfortune, but if you damaged a kidney i believe you will urinate blood. i have no idea about the healing or anything. probably be best to go to a doctor about this though. here any kook could give you medical advice (like me)

CRkid is right, beleive the doc, not us. I have had my kidneys bruised 3 times. All 3 times I had blood in my urin. It doesn't take long at all to get there. I had mine cat scanned all three times to make sure there were no tears or ruptures in the kidney that needed attention. They hurt real bad. Enough that you feel like you need a back brace pending on how hard you hit. Mine were from racing bicycles where you don't have the protection like in motocross.

A local 4 wheeler rider a few years back hurt his and ignored it. He is dead. Died from internal bleeding. If your kidney shuts down, the results won't be much different.

I guess you could say it is the difference between tearing up the daisy's or pushing them up. When in doubt, see a doctor.

Nope ,no blood. I would have liked a back brace yesterday but it feels a whole lot better today. Just have to sit up straight when I cough. Feel like I'm 70 years old though :silly:
