I was just looking at some of the pictures that took and i noticed that a couple of the bikes had the chain adjusters all the way out. I thought that you would want them all the way in to shorten up the turning on the bikes. At the other end, all the forks were raised so that there were above the triple clamps for better turning. Now, why would they do it to one end and not the other?

My guess is the whoop sections at the recent races, and posibly better starting traction / spin control..

Many bikes will drive off a coner better with a longer wheelbase, on the flip side the front will have to dropped to get the thing to turn in.
