if you get a new bike, should i rejet before breaking it in (to what the magazines say to use) or should i wait till after break in to try to rejet?
thanks.
i would break it in first and after it is broken and you know how ot runs then rejet it that way you can see if it runs better or worse.what kind of bike is it?are you at sea level?
ya i would just ride it before messing with the carb that way you will get feel for how it runs and kike i said then when you change jetting you will know if you did the right changes.
Yes! always jet after break-in. Run your normal premix ratio and you will be fine. The bike may seem to be a bit rich on the pilot before the rings seat, if so don't jet it out, as it's normal.
