Anybody know a place I can order a good float valve for an 03 kx250 ??? I ordered and received a carb rebuild kit by Moose Racing and the float valve that came with it was all metal....no rubber seat. So I'll rephrase .....does anyone know somewhere I can order a float valve NOT made by Moose Racing (not that their products suck, I just want one with a seat)???? :whoa:

What, did Kawasaki stop making them?

There is nothing wrong with an all metal needle, it is the taper with the seat that is how it seals. Much like a flare fitting in hydraulic lines. Just be sure to use the needle and seat assembly together.

Give this guy a call at carbparts.com 216-635-1099
I got float needles for my R6 from him at about 1/3 the cost of OEM parts. Fast delivery also. Carbon copies of OEM parts.

Sandman....props on the hook up ! Kawasaki Dealer wants $40 for a needle valve verses $17 from your guy. Dealer wants $44 for float verses $22 from your guy.
