Where can I get an '02 KTM 400 MXC Manual

I'm referring to a "shop" manual - as in one that I could use to tear down the engine, adjust valves, etc.

The KTM owner's manual is "nice" - but it only covers basic maintanence and adjusting the controls.

My KTM dealer was no help - they say they don't exist.

Any help? where to get one?
