Did I miss something? I've not heard his name mentioned once during either of the race broadcasts. And he's not racing. Is he nursing an injury or something?

LOL.

I vaguely remember an interview during the SX season, where KW implied that he would be willing to race outdoors if the right price came along, but his price was going to be high.

F'ing shame. In years past he was really strong outdoors. You would think with all the SX wins he had this season, he would be stoked to race outdoors.
