i know it depends on region and such.i'm in a position now where it is time to finish/get a degree. the prelim AES looks like the way to go with the comm college. but you've got your BS in electrical eng and BS in computer sciences. i've got the back ground in electronics and would be able to coast or clep (any type of test) out of quite a few hours there, but.....i looks like all the job openings around me are for your computer science stuf. here's the easy part, personally i don't care which, it's all about the money and markettability down the road. here's the rub, degree smagree...when i finish my AES i'm sending out the resume to all prospects, even if they require a BS. thing is, it looks like alot of prospects are looking for specific network exp (ie. tech training) but , i don't want to continue down that road. technical tng as opposed to a degree. i'm pretty much jsut marking time here, and have the plan. i just had to post something on the boards as my eyes are crossed and bean baked from all the time spent online these past weeks, researching, testing, preparing a plan to move ahead, not maintain. ya know, come to think of it. i should "take my question and be glad i can walk away" :worship:

I would opt for the Evil Medical Degree. I highly recommend it. You can not be an evil genius without one.

I hear that the Devry Evil Genius Accelerated weekend program is great. It is geared more for the working adult who has a desire for world domination but only has a few hours a week to juggle with work and a family.

Anything in good in engineering is a decent bet down the road. With tech experience and certifications as well as a BS you could do pretty well. The EE market is pretty fluided right now. Most are in Telecommunications. Its picking up, but still kind of stale.

Good Luck with whatever :thumb:

Dr. Giggles has one.  He gets high dollar for everything he replaces with hooks!  Just as Rooster.  He had his ass replaced with a hook and will never need a gripper seat cover again. :)

You've got the talent to be a mall cop, go for it man before it's too late. Are you good with golf carts? No experience necessary, apply within.;) Cat burglar is definately out, you giggle too much during night ops and you can't hold your pee. Fashion designer is right down your back alley as well. Good luck mister.

You could be a telemarketer and call people in the middle of the night ...
yeh, but the object of the exercise to is sell something, not P.O some guy because your good buddy, who has recently changed his handle, gets you all liqoured up around a camp fire then presents you with the most magical of magic gifts. his cell phone with a whole bunch of STMs on speed dial. he should'a known better. carlo, i'm too agressive to be a mall cop, plus they get hasseld by mall kids. i'm all for the doctorate of evil, see, i am an evil genious by genetic engineering, but with out that piece of paper stating" doctor of evil" you just stagnate in the service sector, preforming the same high caliber evil acts, plots, and mania for the consumer, but at a fraction of what a "real" doctor is paid. :ugg:

BS that's just what it is. Hey Squeak long time, no talk ! How's Papa ?

Anything with computers for the next 10 years is a well paying degree. Engineering - Electrical or Mechanical, Chemical but not Biological.

There is money out there so a good GPA willl put your worth up. :thumb:

There goes Thunder Spankin his Monkey !
