Either CRF would work. I'm just slightly smaller than you and have ridden the CRF230. Its a fun mid-sized bike. It is not at all fast but makes decent low end hp, the e-start is handy, but it feels rather heavy. The brakes and suspension are far below even a KX100 in terms of performance. If you want something smaller, but still with some peformance a KX100 can be a huge amount of fun for an adult. My wife and sister both have one and I frequently "borrow" them. They are just way too much fun, think of a 2/3rds scale YZ125.
