Dunno, the only time I ever buy OEM plastic is when it's installed on a new bike. Acerbis or UFO usually ends up on our bikes after the initial purchase as it's much more reasonably priced.

Just make sure whoever you order from ships using the US Postal Service. Shipping via UPS will end up getting you hammered by ridiculous brokerage fee's unless you know how to clear your own goods through customs.

If I buy online it's from Jeff at http://www.mxsouth.com , http://www.servicehonda.com http://www.bobscycle.com or http://www.motosport.com usually in all instances if I can't get the item shipped via the postal service I make arrangements with a buddy in the USA to receive my package and reship it for me. By and large I'll stockpile what is a really good deal in the USA over the winter, things like Tires and then make a trip down to pick them up, otherwise I get most of my stuff from my dealer locally.

Also, most of the "complete" kits don't include front number plate. Just an FYI.

It will depend on the value of the item, where it was manufactured and the method of shipping. Most stuff out of the USA will usually get back to you with only the GST/PST owing along with the related charges you shipper of choice charges to broker the items. Using the postal service that fee will be a flat $5 regardless of value, using UPS see this LINK , if the item doesn't meet NAFTA and the customs guys notice you'll also get dinged a customs tariff (duty) of 12% I believe.
